Exchange Policy

If any customer wishes to return or exchange the product they may have to follow our term and conditions below. 
You have five days (from the date you get the parcel) to inform us that you wish to exchange or return the product. Return or Exchange is only possible if the product is not working or broken. Exchange and return is not possible if the product is perfectly in working manner. You need to send us the parcel within five days of its delivery date. Courier for sending back the parcel will borne by the customer. If in case the order is delivered wrongly or damaged will change/replace the order free of cost. 
If the customer wishes to exchange the product from their personal choice they may have to pay Rs 200 as Return charge, And the Delivery charges will be borne by the customer. Things must be unused and undamaged. You have to send us the accompanying: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all adornments. You can do as such by dropping in an Email to [email protected] , call , Message Or whatsaap at 0300-3725777 with your Invoice number, Name and Contact number. Money Back Guarantee For product return claiming money back can be made within five days. Rs 200 will be deducted as Return charges.
