Cash on Delivery (COD): Available only in Karachi.
Advance Payment: Required for all other cities via Easypaisa or bank
transfer.
Delivery Charges:
Karachi: Rs. 300 (on advance payment), Rs. 350 (on COD)
Other Cities: Rs. 350 (advance payment only)
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time (after dispatch) is 3 to 4 working days for major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Timely delivery depends on product availability and order confirmation.
Shopease provides Islamic gift products for personal and non-commercial use. By purchasing from us, you agree not to misuse our products, services, or content in any way that violates applicable laws or harms others.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments must be made in full before processing. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays. Shopease is not liable for delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
Eligible returns and exchanges are accepted within a specified time frame, provided the product is unused and in original packaging. Certain items (such as personalized or perishable products) may not be eligible for returns. Refunds will be processed according to our return policy.
Shopease is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. All products should be used responsibly and as intended.

Customized and pre-orders require advance payment. Processing time: 10 to 15 days after receiving payment.
